MY JOURNEY

I’m Christina Volles — a wife, mom to Gabe and Isla, Cavachon dog mom, and an active member of the Central New York community. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me teaching church school on Sundays as a catechist, volunteering, or serving on the committee for the annual Pinwheel Ball with the McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center. Giving back and staying connected to our community is a core part of who I am.

My passion for real estate started early — I took the pre‑licensing course at just 17 because I genuinely loved learning about homes, neighborhoods, and the people who shape them. That early spark led me to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from SUNY Binghamton, and eventually into a career that has now spanned well over a decade.

Before becoming a full‑time real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices CNY Realty, I spent 12 years in the industry, ultimately holding title as Director of Property Management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. From luxury rentals to warehouse spaces, that experience gave me a deep understanding of how properties function, what drives value, and how to navigate the complexities of the Central New York market.

Today, I bring that same knowledge, care, and commitment to every client I serve. Whether you’re buying or selling, my goal is simple: to advocate for you, guide you with clarity, and ensure a smooth, confident, and well‑supported real estate experience from start to finish.
